These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of the dolmo.fr website ("the Site") published by DOLMO, a French company ("We", "Our").
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Site, you unconditionally accept and agree to comply with these Terms in their entirety. If you do not accept these terms, you must immediately cease all use of the Site.
Use of the Site is reserved for persons aged at least 18 years with legal capacity to contract. If you are under 18, you may only use the Site with the agreement and under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

8.2 Exclusion of Liability

10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by French law.

Failing an amicable agreement, any dispute relating to the interpretation or execution of these Terms will be submitted to the competent French courts.

11. Modifications to Terms
DOLMO reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Modifications take effect upon publication on the Site.
In case of substantial modification, we will endeavor to inform you through a visible notice on the Site at least 30 days before they take effect.
Your continued use of the Site after publication of modified Terms constitutes acceptance of these modifications.
12. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the other provisions remain in full force. The invalid provision will be replaced by a valid provision of equivalent effect.
